Hannahs Top 4 Supplements

  1. ATP Science Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine is one of the most researched products in the supplement world. It has been found to increase the molecule adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in the body. ATP is an essential source of instantaneous energy. A boost in ATP within the body can help increase lean muscle mass and strength, anaerobic capacity and output, explosiveness and power, brain function, and reduces muscle damage and supports recovery. Our body produces 1-2 grams of creatine, but to see great results we recommend 5 grams for female and up to 10 grams for males pre or post workout.

  1. EHPlabs IsoPept

EHPlabs IsoPept is one of the highest quality whey protein and contains 27g hydrolysed whey protein isolate (WPI). By being a WPI it immediately replenishes your fatigued muscles post workout with rich nutrients for optimal muscle growth and recovery. IsoPept also contains ashwagandha and theanine to balance out those stress levels and anti-bloating digestive enzymes, so you aren’t left with an upset stomach which most proteins can give. Lastly, the flavours EHPlabs have in the IsoPept, they are all delicious, my favourite being chocolate decadence.

It also contains caffeine anhydrous for an increase in energy and di-caffeine malate to control the after effect, so you are not left with a crash. This product ticks all boxes, supporting energy production and performance, cognitive function and memory, boosts alertness, concentration, and focus, enhances mood, and recovery whilst reducing fatigue and inflammation.

  1. Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is known to be one of the most important herbs used in today’s society of natural healing. It is used for multiple benefits such as, to relieve stress levels and anxiety, increase energy levels, improve concentration, and brain function, reduce inflammation and help improve sleep. I personally use ashwagandha, one tablet at night to help with sleep and stress levels, and I give it a solid 10/10.
